These are the best vitamins I have ever tried. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I am in my early 40s and was starting to have some random symptoms, tired daily, hair thinning, nails breaking, etc. Withing a month of taking these I noticed I had more energy. Withing 6 months, my fingernails were growing out long and strong. I also feel like they have built up a new level of immunity, as I have not gotten sick when everyone else in my family had some kind of viral illness. I typically have a pretty sensitive stomach, and these do not bother me at all. If anything they have helped regulate my digestion. I highly recommend these!

This multivitamin has been a lifesaver as I navigate the ups and downs of menopause. Not only is it packed with everything my body needs, but it's also super easy to take! No more dreadfully large pills, and more importantly, no odd aftertaste or vitamin burps. I mean, who needs that on top of everything else, right? Pros: -Easy to swallow (Hallelujah!) -No weird aftertaste or vitamin burps -Gentle on an empty stomach—no nausea at all! -Packed with 20+ vitamins and minerals, including B12, Zinc, and Vitamin C for collagen protection -Hormone support with Chaste Tree and immune support from Zinc -Fermented with probiotics, making it easier to absorb and digest Cons: -None! Honestly, it's been a smooth experience. The added bonus? The vitamins feel like they’re working with my body, not against it. And the fact that they’re fermented with probiotics makes them even easier to digest. I love that it's crafted for women over 40 like me, focusing on what we actually need—energy, immune support, skin, and hair health, all wrapped up in one little pill. So, if you’re looking to make a positive change for your body without the drama of hard-to-swallow pills, this is it! My Rating System Explained: ⭐️ 1 star - Unfortunately, this product falls short of expectations due to its poor quality. Having a hard time deciding how exactly to review this product. On one hand, I do think they are really great quality and I admit they make me feel more energized! So I definitely do recommend them. However, there are a few things to note: 1. In my opinion, they're not the greatest smelling. In fact, they don't smell good to me at all. So if that's important to you, it's something to consider - but to each their own! 2. They are quite large and not totally rounded. They do have "edges" on them which, for a pill of this size, can make it difficult to swallow. (See photos) 3. The bottles I order from Amazon have literally always had SEVERAL broken pills. By several, I mean maybe 10 out of the 96. Ordinarily, that wouldn't be an issue for solid pills. You'd just take two of them that appear to make a whole when put together. However, these pills are pretty big and when they are broken the broken edge is like jagged sandpaper. So swallowing two halves to make a whole is actually pretty painful. If losing 10% of your pills to breakage or taking painful halves doesn't bug you, then obviously no worries! Just something to know in advance. A simple fix from the manufacturer would be to stuff cotton, etc into the bottle on top of the pills to keep them from rattling around and breaking during transport. (See last photo) 4. Unfortunately, as you can see in my video, my last bottle arrived totally broken. The pills now have a VERY mottled appearance, as moisture got to them during shipping since they were exposed to air the whole time. They were very poorly protected inside the Amazon box and, as I said, there's no cotton or anything inside the bottle itself to absorb impact and keep pills from breaking, so I've got a $50 bottle of vitamins that I can't take now (See video) Bottom line: I think these are GREAT vitamins if you're cool with big pills that are a little smelly. However, I would perhaps suggest that you get them from another source like a local market or another online retailer with better packaging so as to avoid some of the pill breakage and (as in my case) bottle breakage issues. So my 4-star rating is based on the product - NOT on the packaging/shipping issues (which is honestly a 1-star, but doesn't reflect the quality of the product itself). I hope this is helpful!
