I like my face scrub gritty and abrasive, how will this compare?

I'm comparing to Lather & Wood face scrub. This feels more like fine sand inside a gel. The Lather & Wood face scrub might be more up your alley if you want a bit more "grit". I shave once or twice a week with a safety razor and this product seems to do a good job of prepping my face for a close and comfortable shave. As a matter of fact I feel like it even adds some lubrication and moisture to your face before you shave. I also use Brickell's shave oil. Very nice combo. Try them both. I like a bit more grit myself but I also can't say I don't approve of this face scrub either. CHOICES!

Does this product contain microbeads?

No, this product has pumice and jojoba beads instead. Other answers have no ideas what microbeads are. Microbeads are micro-PLASTIC, which this product does not contain.

What is the main scent in this? I want to smell like it all the time.

For me it's almost a light patchouli note, but nothing lingering or heavy.
