I use a small makeup brush. Shake up the bottle, pour a drop on a surface like a small hand mirror, and use the brush to dab over applied liner. I use a small hand fan to dry it quickly. Then I reapply a little liner if needed. The sealer can smudge liquid liner a bit. It's kinda a lot of effort but it totally works. I've lived with oily lids all my life and this is the first thing that keeps my eyeliner off my upper lids.

Can this be paired with an eyeshadow to make their pigmentation up to 2x more vibrant, and is it safe to use with eyeshadow, blush, lipstick?

I scrap a little shadow into a tiny tiny drop, use very fine brush and make my own eyeliner from it. Works great, lasts all day. Incredibly bright.

How do you remove it?

It comes off with regular makeup remover

Would it be possible to apply this on eyebrows with a spoolie?

It's meant to mixed with a dry makeup product to make it water resistant, so keeping that in mind I would say yes...yes it can be used that way.

This works wonders! Whether I mix this with my loose glittery eyeshadows, use this to change my eyeshadows to liquid eyeliner, or pat this on my eyeliners to prevent it from smudging or fading, this works wonders! All you need is about a drop or two each time and your makeup will stay on. It is definitely an investment, since the bottle is so tiny, but it will last for a long time. It helped me to watch a few youtube tutorials, but it's pretty simple after that :)

I brought this as a replacement for Bare Minerals Weather Anything Liner. It works just as good but is difficult to clean the liner brush. Seems very oily too and it messes up the sink when cleaning the liner brush.
