I want to return it and replace
I just now open this and I want to use but it's not turning on .... I want to return it and replaced ...June 7 I received the replacement but today I want to cooked it's not working anymore . I choose this brand black decker cause I know it's good brand but now I'm disappointed it's not quality I don't know if it's really the brand or it's something about the store. From the time it's arrived supposed to be it's the 3rd time I want to cooked but it's not working .

This product doesn't last even one month
I bought it on 9th May and now it's not working anymore. The light is completely gone when the rice is cooked today. I tried to rewarm the rice because I thought only the light is gone and it may work somehow. But it's not 🤷. I'm disappointed because I like the design.

Working but not as good as you expected. When you cooked, the water spills all over the surroundings even if you open slightly the cover. I have been black&decker user but not black+decker😃.

Not working after three months of use.
