Will your wire cover fit to conceal the wire coming out of the mirror?

A wire cover may be purchased separately. You can also go to picknpull and get one. The mirror is used on General Motors vehicle from around 1996 til 2015 particularity pickups and SUV’s.

Can you change the font color from blue to red on the temp/compass?

The display is green and I don't believe it can be changed

Can the temperature/compass display be turned OFF if desired?

Yes the display can be turned off, just by pressing the on/off button at the bottom of the mirror. I have a GENK20A and I turned mine off and back on last night.
