Does the “Pack of 3” option consist of 3 boxes of 3 patches each or is it 1 box with 3 patches?

I received 2 boxes in a plastic wrapped package. Each of the 2 boxes contains 3 patches for a total of 6 patches per package. The price per count of $7.46 is very misleading; that is actually the price per 2 patches and they do not come packaged that way. The actual price per count is $3.73 which is not a particularly good price. You can buy these in a drug store or some grocery stores for about $10.00 per box which is $3.33 per count. So I learned my lesson; I mistakenly assumed that $7.46 was the price per box.

Do these contain animal ingredients and are they tested on animals?

We have 2 German Shepherds that sleep on our bed, and a small herd of Whitetail Deer that visit our back area very often. We're animal friendly, but will have to admit that, with extended pain periods, I never thought about your questions. I do understand and appreciate your priority, but just can't help you with this.

Dimensions on the pictured box and the ad are different. Which is correct ?

I haven’t seen the ad but the dimensions are correct. It’s an extra large pad easily applied.

Is this safe to use on the face?

I had to Google it for the answer. You can use it on your face but make sure you don’t get it in your eyes. You asked about the XL. I believe you would have to cut it into small pieces to cover the problem area.
