I have the raw 300 classic 1.25 papers will these tips work for these papers?Also would you know if the raw organic papers are healthier than classic?

Yes they do work with the raw 1.25. I dont use papers but my brother does, and he says the organic are sightly less harsh on the lungs.

What's the difference between perforated and normal tips?

Perforated already has the cut out into the tips for u to bend easily. The normal tips u bend how u want without the dotted lines to follow where u should fold.
