Black Wine Cooler Refrigerator 12 Bottle

I received a nice looking wine fridge and plugged it in. A week later we got wine out which was supposed to be 52 F and was a nice room temperature. Clearly this did not actually cool. Disappointed, I contacted the seller and they have been fantastic in working with me to get me a working fridge. These things can happen, so it’s nice when the seller will make it right.

Very very disappointed in this product. the first one was broke and had to replace it. this one runs but just doesn't cool. Threw the box away because it did run, but its just taking up space on my cabinet. Doesnt cool at all, but didn't want to go through the hassle of having to send the second one back. My friends have all said that this was not a good brand of wine cooler. My wine was cooler setting out than in this piece of junk. Sorry for the bad review but it is horrible.

First and, to me anyway, most important, I have to give a standing ovation to the customer service team associated with this company. Vehipa was an especially kind, friendly and beyond accommodating agent to work with.I received this wine refrigerator as a gift from my parents. It is simply stunning and very classy and stylish. The twelve bottle capacity is perfect for the closet mixologist that Covid-19 has turned me into.Sadly, while my mixing skills have improved by leaps and bounds and my creativity is through the roof, my personal preference for a nice, ice cold glass of white wine has rendered this cooler a bit useless for me as it does exactly what it is meant to do - keeps wines at the precise recommended serving temperature.I will most definitely be back with my business for this efficient and honest seller!

Had high hopes for this wine cooler, but the first fridge arrived damaged, of course Amazon replaced it immediately. Second fridge arrived in good shape but there was a very strong plastic or styrofoam odor coming from the appliance. Once I unboxed the fridge and opened the fridge door, the odor was even stronger inside where you store your wine which was a big concern. I let the fridge air out for several days before putting wine inside, but now (months later) there is still a very strong and significant odor that has also permeated all the bottles of wine being stored inside. I am reluctant to even drink the wine since the odor is clearly some sort of VOC chemical off-gassing coming from whatever was used to build and insulate the fridge. Going to reach out to this seller to see if they have resolved this odor issue and can replace my fridge with a new one. Otherwise I'm probably going to have to toss out about $1,000.00 worth of contaminated wine and the wine fridge as well. Think twice before buying this product as the hazardous chemical odor should not be present and definitely should not remain months later.

The unit stopped cooling after two months of use. Vehipa was very responsive and agreed to a partial refund even though the original warranty was 30 days. They made a difficult situation workable. I would do business with them again.

I created a wine bar from a console that I had in my dining room. I needed something that would fit inside and hold 12 bottles of wine. I used a jigsaw to cut a hole in the back of my console for the plug. It is awesome. I am very happy. The wine fridge is super quiet and keeps my wine nicely chilled. The price is great!

Temperature control claims to be “Adjustable to C or F “ but it can’t be changed. There is an awful smell that permeates the wine bottles or the soda cans. Cannot get rid of the smell. It’s junk save your money!
