Since taking this magnesium, I’ve had the best sleep at night. Before taking magnesium, id wake up randomly throughout the night and I couldn’t stay asleep. This magnesium keeps me asleep at night. I notice a difference in my sleep when I forget to take it. The taste is ehh. I prefer cymbiotikas fruity flavors which usually taste amazing but this one isn’t my favorite. I just know how amazing it makes me feel so I just deal with the not so great taste

Still to early to determine if they work or not, however I have beside my bed and very easy to take. The taste/vanilla is fine no real issue as some have mentioned. I will give a full week or 2 before I can really share review. (only day 3 using).

I haven't found a Cymbiotika product that I didn't like. When I am without Magnesium, I can always tell. Great for brain fog, a good nights sleep, next day energy, etc.

Great supplement I noticed so much improvement in my sleep , joints and tension

I have used about half the box so far and I am definitely torn when it comes to these. I do like the packaging and the ease of use. I also travel a lot so the fact that they can be room temperature even though it's liquid is nice. In addition, I have noticed a slight difference. It doesn't help me fall asleep any quicker or feel more tired, but I have started sleeping through the night without waking up since I started which is a huge relief. I have not changed anything else, so I definitely know it's this. However, the taste is truly horrific. I read some comments saying that before ordering and I thought they were dramatic because some people said they liked the flavor. In my experience, it is very difficult to get it down. I have to drink it with a chaser lol and even then there's a slight flavor lingering. It almost taste like vanilla extract mixed with a million chemicals. It really isn't pleasant. This has made me want to try a different magnesium next. With that being said, it does work so if I don't find another that both tastes better and works just as well, then I will be back to order more.

I’m almost 65 years old and I’ve been taking this for a few months and I’m very happy with it. I can’t really describe how it’s been helping for one thing that I had some brain fog that is gone now, but I am super dissatisfied on the price hikes, I wanted to be taking this all the time and be faithful to The ones who produce it but it starts out like at $49 then to $67 and now it’s $149. I’m on a fixed income, and I cannot afford the higher prices and it makes me kind of sad because I’m so happy with the product
