how does it hold up outside in cold (new england) weather?

I used it as glue to hold styrofoam to concrete under water to prevent puncturing a pond liner. It has been 3 years and it is still working. The pond freezes every up state NY winter.

Is this essentially the same product as the yellow expanding foam, just a different color?

Chuksim, i don't know the yellow expanding foam is, but if you are looking for pond seal, then this product will good to bond plastic and rock, rubber together.

can this waterfall foam freeze if it left out in the cold to long

This product has held up well in our waterfall and pond rocks during Ohio winters.

Can this product stand up to hot sunlight? I need something to stop leaks on my solar pool heating system, the panels are made of black rubber

I bought this product, versus the normal, yellowish variety, to withstand ultra-violet deterioration. So far, it has performed as I had hoped for.
