Brilliant subject and well put together in a tiny little package. I haven't started it yet but will do so and use again for reference. However. A big But. The cover is the wrong way round for the book. To read from the beginning I have to turn upsode down and open 'from the back' of the book. Surely I'm not being unintelligent and this is wrong. Or is it an intelligent trick, that I'm missing the point of.

Great little book to highlight the points around being an emotional intelligent leader. It's only small but perfect for a quick go to guide.

If you haven't read Daniel Goldman's original book. I recommend you get that book. However, this is a very helpful easy to read book that goes more inept off of core concepts of Emotional Intelligence.

An easy read, great for what I wanted. Relatable examples. Perfect
