I put a few drops in the palm of my hand and pat it all over my face and neck in the morning and night after cleansing.

What's the consistency of this product? Is it very thin and watery or much thicker like an essence/serum?

Where does this fit in with serums? I should cleanse, use this cream toner next, and then serums go next?
