Car Heat Shield and Audio Noise Insulation Deadening Mat Pad (12 Pieces , 5mm )

I bought 2 of these to install it on my 2000 Cherokee XJ floor. Drastically reduced road noises and heat. Feels much quieter. If your floor is dirty and covered with rust, I would recommend you sand out and paint the rust before adding this, because it's a permanent sticky solution. Once you add the deadening mats, cover it with a carpet/leather material of your choice. I will soon buy more for the doors and the roof.

i ordered this by mistake thinking i had ordered the bitumen type but used this for sound deadening anyway it performed way better than i thought it would and its much lighter than the bitumen type.... i will definitely use on future builds

Isolate the heat and sound well

This item worked for reducing noise. I did the hood and doors. Very sticky, once applied, cannot be removed.
