This Sports Bottle is Amazing It holds 32 Oz of Water - which means for those who get Gains - all we need is 4 of these Bottles throughout the whole day If you want to go crazy I guess 5 Bottles will do. There are 4 Marks - each letting you know there’s 8 Oz of Water inside. It is Leak Proof, I dropped this many times in my Garage Gym n never had a Issue Now obviously don’t Throw it around either. It’s easy to clean, just Drop a bit of Soap Add a bit of water - and shake it. It will keep your water Cold far longer than your average Bottle

There is no leak even when the bottle is placed horizontally. When squeezed in a controlled manner, it discharges an appropriate amount of water into your mouth. I found it refreshing to occasionally squeeze some water on to my head in the middle of rides. The bottle has been very well designed to immediately bounce back into its original shape after squeezing.

Drinking from this bottle is very satisfying. I am very happy with the quality and price of the product and value you receive. I find it overall, to be a better choice for water bottle than many other hard plastic options. The only reason I would choose another hard plastic bottle over this, is the lack of a locking cap the Gatorade bottle does not have. That said. It doesn't leak. But I wouldn't trust this to be left in a bag and not spill everywhere. If you squeeze this bottle in anyway shape or pressure, it will dispense water as it's supposed to. This bottle does not have an on/off cap. The cap is "always on". You must squeeze the bottle or suck the spout to get water out of it. The cap is essentially a 1 way only valve and does a good job at containing the water, even when the bottle is upside down. The cap is also the only exit for water and air, which leads many to complain about the "squealing" noise this bottle makes. It's not a big deal and is a non issue - it makes that noise because the bottle is still in a state of being "squeezed", but only air is getting out, because no water is at the spout, therefore it squeals and makes noise until you "resqueeze" the bottle back into it's unsquished shape. Sounds complicated, but once you experience it, you will understand and it won't be an issue. I think the immense satisfaction I get from drinking from this bottle, is because you can squeeze the water into your mouth, while simultaneously sucking on the spout - in my opinion, this allows a large volume of water to be consumed. It reminds me of drinking big gulps of water from the water fountain. More than you need, but never any wasted. The bottle opening is also big enough to work with most fridge ice dispensers, but beware, this bottle sweats like crazy because of condensation. The 32oz bottles seem to have good plastic quality and after many dish washing cycles, I haven't noticed any cracking of the bottle and the one way spout valves are still holding up.
