To be honest with you I got the OLDER model back in the day when I was competing in BJJ. This was one of my staple supplement to make sure I am able to cut weight and still have energy. For the new product not entirely sure but I will be revisiting this product and will re review. Also I was always 1st or 2nd place during my competition run. So this is athlete approved

Got as a recommendation from my trainer; was having issues making it through the workouts without excessive breaks or cutting out early. We adjusted food timing, other supplements, etc with minimal change. In the end we could only come up with the way I process glucose/sugars/ATP and my body struggles to release the slower-released fuels. Doing a stack of this product with Rule 1 Amino-Acid powder, and NIGHT-and-DAY difference. Use a 32oz Nalgene bottle and drink throughout the workout; I've NEVER felt betting during a workout, I can push through the entire thing without nearly passing out/feeling like crap, I can push harder (more weight/reps). For me, this has been a complete game changer to working out. I used to half-dread it because it was a super struggle to get through a workout, and it would kill me for hours afterwards even when not in a Systemic workout. Now, I feel energized after a workout, even a Hypertrophic where my muscles are screaming from working till failure. I may not be able to lift my arms after a shoulder workout, but I still feel GOOD for the rest of the day; whereas before this I was shot/ready for a nap for the rest of the day.
