I love this fast dissolving formula! The tablet dissolve in your mouth and they taste great. The size is just right because you let it dissolve in your mouth (no water is necessary) making it so easy and convenient for me to take anytime. It's effective in keeping my d3 levels up and very easy on my stomach. There's definitely value for your money in this purchase! Update: I made another purchase and I'm still pleased with this product!

Good taste and absorbs well
I purchase these due to bariatric surgery. I actually love the taste. They are like a little candy lol. According to my labs I am absorbing them just fine. I take 1 day and that does it. I would recommend them.

Absorbs well, quickly dissolving, small tablet and tastes great
I'm a bariatric patient and was recommended to take dissolving D3 as it's better absorbed into the body. These tablets are small, quickly dissolved and have a great flavor.

Highly Absorbable Tasty Option For People Who Can't Swallow Pills
These were perfect for my husband who has trouble swallowing pills. They dissolve easily under the tongue in a minute or so and they don't taste bad either. They never gave him any stomach discomfort and most importantly, they brought his vitamin D back up quickly! He took PPI stomach meds for years and it depleted his vitamin D. His was 13 before he started taking these. He takes one 5000IU daily and in 6 months his D level was up to 66! Now his doctor told him to just take it once/wk to maintain a good level. I would recommend these to anyone with low vitamin D. The absorbency seems superior to other supplements as well. I'm also taking a vitamin D supplement by another brand that is a capsule you swallow. My vitamin D levels have not risen as fast as my husband's.
