Dreamland Hunker Down Electric Blanket, Double Size, Scandi Sherpa

Absolute game changer. I'm a very light sleeper who gets too cold and too warm very easily, but this solves that issue. The quick preheating setting is amazing before jumping into bed and it's so cosy. Then I can reduce the heat to what I like and keep that on throughout the night. Since I have a double bed to myself I can have one half of the bed heated and the other half on a lower heat or completely off. This means if I get too hot/cold I can just move over slightly and get that perfect temperature! The controller is easy to use and the settings are easy to understand. I have a mattress topper, protector, and fitted sheet over this and doesn't noticeably affect the heating temp or time. I cannot feel the heating elements through the bed, and it is extremely comfy. Not a bad price either for what it is and this is one of the best one's I've ever used. Would recommend to everyone. WARNING: SIDE EFFECTS INCLUDE NOT WANTING TO LEAVE YOUR BED!

We've only used this electric blanket twice but we are delighted with the result. It heats up very quickly if you initially set it to 6 before getting into bed & you can then turn it down to a lower number if so desired. It seems to have a default timer setting of 1 hour before it goes into standby mode, but that is an ideal amount of time while we read our books. Of course, the timer can be adjusted. Unlike most electric blankets, this one covers the whole bed ( we have a double ). As well as our regular mattress, we have a mattress topper, but this doesn't stop the blanket from being fitted with the straps provided, they were able to accommodate the extra height. Something I should point out as it isn't made clear in the description or the pictures for the product is that the two remote controls both have plugs on them, they do not work with batteries & can't be charged, so you will need two mains sockets to plug them into. Overall, this is a great electric blanket that is nice & soft due to the fleece lining & will keep you warm & toasty at bedtime.

Nothing negative to say about this heated blanket. Dual controls work so well as does the 6 setting temperature control and the timer. It warms up very quickly so only needs to go on 10 minutes before going to bed for a lovely, even, warmth across the blanket to the end of the bed. Really good value for money.

This is a high quality blanket that works very well. You have 6 heating choices and a fast heat setting. Great purchase.

I've not had massive experience with electric blankets, but ones I've had in the past, I never liked that I could occasionally feel the elements through the sheet. Not with this one. I don't tend to keep on all night, more to just turn on I get in, so as to get into a warm bed, and this does OK with that, heats up fairly quick, and fleece seems to retain a lot of heat. Probably put in bed to test while it was still warm enough to not need, and found even switched off, on warmer nights, can almost make bed too warm. Maximum setting is about most I'd ever want a bed heated up, so would turn down or off once in. For the money, it needs easy Alexa controls or something, which is why I can't give it full 5, but by far best electric blanket I've tried for comfort with warmth, rather than feeling like lying on bunch of hot cables. Just cheap dumb, plastic controls, connectors, two sockets required, when one plug, cable to each side and small home automation integration would've made it better. Controls look like something from the 1980 or 1990s or something. Surely something better can be done these days.

Dreamland Double Size Hunker Down Scandi Sherpa Electric Underblanket may seem a little expensive compared with other electric blankets. However the softness and the warmth it generates prior to getting into bed is the best joint present we have given ourselves in the last year. The double size truly fits our double bed mattress and the corner tapes have been holding it secure to the mattress without movement. The fleece pile is so nice to settle our old bones into it seems like our old mattress has been rejuvenated. If it was not so great to go to bed on, then I might have given the blanket a 4 star, only because the intelliheat controller does not remember its last setting which earlier controllers did. Still just setting it at the time and heating level required is quick and easy. Yet to see how it will was in the spring but would buy another without hesitation.

Although we thought was rather expensive, it is well worth the money! Purchased it last winter as ordered a cheaper one and took forever to warm up! And not that toasty even then!!! This is so cosy, heats up on 6, and can feel the heat within 5 minutes! 🥰 love it, and being dual controlled, it’s just perfect. Stays lovely and cosy on 2 or 3. Worth every penny

Its so nice to get an electric blanket that really gets the bed toasty. So many blankets these days seem to have the top heat setting restricted - probably extremely thin wires that cannot withstand a decent electric current. We put the blanket on setting 6 and one hour about 30 mins before we go to bed and its heaven.

Couverture chauffante très très chaude. En ce moment je l'utilise tous les jours et j'en suis ravie. Je la met sur 2 la nuit 9h de temps et je dors comme un bébé. J'utilise un seul côté et ça me suffit. Elle est molletonnée et c'est super agréable d'avoir son corps dessus. Je recommande. C'est la meilleure couverture chauffante que j'ai jamais eu.
