Mildly abrasive and does not foam too much in the mouth (due to no sodium laurel sulphate). Has a nice, not overly strong wintergreen flavor. Triple the price of main-stream toothpastes but because it's a big tube that will last a year at least it's worth it. I bought it mainly for the xylitol and tea tree oil properties of protecting the teeth and gums. I like it very much and will buy it again.

Really really nice toothpaste/ gel, I like the bigger size package and itโs not too strong in flavoring- we have several different ones; think it actually keeps my teeth cleaner between dental cleaning visits!
