THESE ARE GREAT!
I happen to stumble across this product because I could not get my Dr. Schultz delivered the next day, and I was going out of town. These were delivered to me the next day. I can honestly say I will never buy Dr. Scholl’s again. This is half the cost and works more effectively. It does not give you the feeling that you have to drop everything and run as fast as you can to the bathroom. It does not give you diarrhea. I love this product!

success with tweaks
At first, this didn't work for me AT ALL. How it worked for me was to take 1 capsule around bedtime or the evening followed by a tall glass of water, then 1 upon waking up followed by a warm glass of water, coffee or tea. I later tried reverting to 1 capsule in the morning and again, it didn't work for me. I need 2. I won't say it's foolproof though. Sometimes it doesn't work as well, but those days I usually forgot to drink as much water as I should.I love all of the other Dr. Christopher's formulas, they are life-savers for me and my mom and his story is amazing if you ever have time to read it (he passed years ago).
