5/5 stars! This is the only thing I’ve ever tried that COMPLETELY clears things out. I feel like a new person after using these. I’ve used these on and off for 2-3 years. I will say start with one pill at a time and see how that works for you. I got up to taking two at a time but that’s when I really need help, and these work at exactly 12 hours later for me so I usually plan to be home. HELPS so much with constipation and feeling backed up and bloated. Seriously I feel amazing after using these and usually lose a few pounds. If you’ve tried everything for constipation maybe give these a shot!

Y'all... I don't know what is in these that makes them work THIS well but good lord. I have chronic constipation and if I take Just one of these at night, the next day I'm running to the bathroom at least 5 times. Do NOT take 2, I'm scared to even know what happens with 2!! My coworker recommended these to me because they worked so well for her and she was not lying. I tend to only take them every other day or as needed. I don't get any severe cramping or anything like that, just more of an urgent need to go. So if you have any of the same issues, these are worth having on hand. I also think these would be great to travel with seeing as many of us tend to have a non movement issue while on vacation!

I stopped taking this for a long time due to the intense stomach cramps. I mean excruciating, they almost make me want to cry. BUT I came back to it because they work. Daily bowel movement and I only take one instead of the suggested 2. Other reviews state that after I keep using them, the stomach cramps will go away so I am hoping so! I was taking metamucil and/or benefiber but they are so expensive to not be producing daily movement and they have so many additives. This one seems to be more healthy and beneficial.

I read many reviews before trying this product and decided I would take the chance. Since every person's body is different to say nothing of gender, weight, age etc., there is really no way to predict what may happen for you. This is simply my experience. I know enough about this type of product to know it's a good idea to start out with half the recommended dosage. I took one capsule to start with and have continued with just one as that works great for me. I'm also aware that it takes about 12 hours, when your body is functioning well, for food etc. to pass through. With that in mind I took the first capsule about 4:00 in the afternoon. That seems to be the right timing for me. The first dose I had a couple of mild cramps which I knew would be gas passing, but that was the extent of my discomfort. It absolutely cleanses. I have been dealing with the after-effects of two hysterectomy type procedures that no one mentioned would affect my bowels. Without getting into detail, I will say before those procedures I was "perfect" with rare exceptions. Since, it's been a struggle. And I wanted to get rid of the product that was recommended to take after the procedures as I finally read the ingredients and it certainly not natural! Does the word plastic mean anything to anyone? So, after almost 2 weeks of utilizing this product I feel like I've found a very good solution. I don't think it's intended to be a long-term one but for me, it is at this point the best option I've found to keep things on track daily

Last June I started the OMAD diet and Intermittent fasting. I noticed I wasn’t passing any bms daily as per usual but maybe once every 3 days. Then 5 days. Then a week, then 2 weeks, then I got worried. I got impacted pretty bad. I did drink water frequently, did movement, I’m not bed ridden or anything like that. But anyway, my PCP said to drink Miralax everyday, so I did, and it does help but sometimes it doesn’t too. Stool softeners definitely did not work. Enemas were ruining my muscles down there, like now I think I’m numb and I hope I didn’t handicap my ass or anything, sigh… I found out about magnesium citrate and thought that was a Godsend and thought ‘Yeah I can sip a third of a bottle once a week and I’ll be fine.’ But then one morning mysteriously I was so effing sick dry barfing unbeknownst to me, I was overdosing on magnesium, what an IDIOT. So, I began another desperate search on Google and saw something about probiotics, went to Costco, bought me a bottle, opened it, but the damn bottle had been tampered with so I had to take it back for a refund… Came here to AMAZON, searching for another probiotic and this one scrolled by my thumb, idk if it’s really a daily probiotic but the price was too good to pass up and the reviews were even better. I listened to the reviewers about taking just 1 pill and yeah, wow, Thank you... It’s hopefully life changing, and I’m actually feeling some relief after a whole year of bm stress. I highly recommend this product. It does hurt the stomach but really, in a good way- I feel.

I USUALLY EAT ONCE A DAY AT LUNCH TIME AND TAKING THIS TABLET AFTER ONE HOUR FINISHING MY MEAL (ONE TABLET A DAY) I NEVER FELT BLOATED WHICH IS A GOOD FEELING WHILE USING THIS . IT ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL THAT MY STOMACH IS CLEAN EVEN IT CONTAIN LAXATIVE THIS IS NOT GIVING U CRAMPING ON STOMACH. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
