Does this wash out easily?

No, it can fade a bit after a few washes like normal clothes but once it's dyed you'll need to purchase Rit color remover to get it out. If you want the color to stay longer you can use Rit ColorStay

Can I use this to dye flowers?

You can dye synthetic silk flowers.

I have an ice blue, 95% polyester, 5% spandex dress that I want to dye a grey/blue color. How would I get to this color?

I have never dyed fabric with this dye. However if you go to their website it will show you different shades and mixes to achieve the color you are after. I would assume you would go with a shade lighter as you are starting with blue fabric and not white. I really hope this helps.

Ha funzionato molto bene per tingere un nastro con nappe sintetico. I tessuti sintetici sono quasi impossibili da tingere ed invece con questo prodotto sono riuscita a dare la tinta che mi serviva. Ottimo prodotto.
