Worst product I ever used in my kitchen
Its 0 zero quality, sounds like you opened electric generator, plus plastic is poor in quality and its blade is not properly fitted in mixer bowl and its start cracking the mixer. I am wondering i am eating this plastic. Powder mill mixer is faded after 2nd use poor plastic quality. No one can say that its new. I wish i can give ZERO stars. Its waste of money go for other brand. But please don’t buy this. Better to through your money in garbage.

Defective Product – No Support or Response!
I bought this BRUN food processor as a gift for my mother and sent it to another country. Unfortunately, the device doesn’t turn on and doesn’t work at all. I had to bring it back to Dubai, but I have no idea how to exchange it, and no one has responded to my messages. The product comes with a 1-year warranty, but I haven’t been able to use it or get any support. I’m very disappointed with the service.

Emitting smoke when turned on. Stopped working after a month.
Despite noticing some low ratings, I decided to purchase the Braun food processor. Unfortunately, after using it daily for a month, it suddenly started emitting smoke when I turned it on one day. The experience was truly horrific. It’s not working now. Fortunately, the product is still under warranty. Could you please advise if I'm eligible to return the product and what the next steps would be?
