Poorly stored/kept book
Book on its own is beautiful and I can't wait to try out the recipes. However I received the book with a dent on the hardcover and the edges look worn out. Seems as though the book was not stored well.

Inspiring
Really nice narrative, photography and recipes. I can only recommend this great cook book! The cover is also very beautiful! This is an inspiring book that makes you cook with culture. Thank you Yasmin Khan!

Print quality is good. Most of the recipes come with photos. Ive been testing so many of her recipes lately, all have turned out very delicious : soothing chickpea stew , which tastes delicious even when served cold, filling Tabbouleh salad, tahini ice-cream, Maqloubeh - upside-down rice with aubergines and peppers and Shakshuka. All dishes were rich in taste... Absolutely recommended book to buy!

Foto bellissime, ricette sfiziose, si viaggia nella cultura palestinese attraverso la cosa più intima che possa esistere: il cibo. Sfogliare e leggere questo libro ti fa tornare la stessa gioia di quando - da bambini - si leggevano i libri di fiabe... L'autrice è da seguire anche su instagram perchè aggiorna continuamente il suo profilo con foto e ricette stupende!
