Didnโt help my pain
Didnโt feel comfortable, being non slip, you cannot move on the chair, or position yourself. The front portion should be a bit lower in height vs the back. A person with back pain sometime needs to adjust himself.

I am loving this seat cushion! I use it in my car because I was looking for something that would help me to see over my huge side view mirrors. This adds just enough height that I feel like I have a much better view of things while driving. Plus, I have back issues and it really seems to help me to be more comfortable while seated in my car. I'm thinking of getting another one to use in the house. I would highly recommend this product. Also,It doesn't slide around like I thought it might.
