I played eponas song, but no horse showed up. what am i missing?

Guys, it's not just about learning the song. You have to steal Epona after becoming an adult. Otherwise, she's still stuck captive at the ranch.

does it work for warp songs? Also can I use this to prove my connection with the royal family ?

As long as Zelda has taught you her lullaby, you should be just fine proving your connection to the royal family. It does work for warping as well! Just be sure to keep a comb as the warp tends to blow your hair around.

Is this actually playable as an instrument at least just to learn to play an ocarina?

It is playable. But the highnotes are very airy and hard to hear. I can play Zelda’s Lullaby on it but thats as high as it can really go. It’s definitely a possible starting point

So admittedly I bought this on a whim, and I've yet to test the sound for accuracy, but as far as my ears can tell it sounds good! My only real complaint is that the stand does not work very well, and unless you intend on leaving it in a protected display, it'll probably fall off every now and then. Personally, I have it stored in the box it came in, because my display is messy.
