Written VERY poorly

It's like this product was written for a few different products. There are directions which directly contradict each other, and many of the recipes are SUPER inconsistent. The table of contents also does not line up with the recipes in some instances too. Also, most of the recipes are great in concept, but taste awful. Would not recommend purchasing.
