Delicious!
I absolutely love Indonesian food and always get inspired when I get home from vacation to maintain cooking the food I’ll eat whilst I’m there. Have other cookbooks but this is my favourite for Indonesian cuisine. Really well presented with recipes condensed for ease and practical alternatives if you are struggling to find certain ingredients. And the introductory stories really offer an understanding to the culture and cuisine which makes the cooking a lot more of an exploration. Am working my way through different recipes but wonderful that there are many vegetarian alternatives to staple dishes, so lots of variations to explore.

I have been looking for a good rounded cookbook of Indonesian recipes for quite sometime. This cookbook has lovely pictures and includes a nice assortment of Indonesian recipes. It is an altogether attractive cookbook that will make you want to try all its recipes.

In letzter Zeit wurden einige wirklich gute, moderne und spannende Bücher zum Thema "indonesische Küche und indonesische Lebensart" geschrieben. So auch dieses! Sehr lesenswert!
