Brilliant high quality product!!
I have been using this brand on and off for five years. I notice that my body responds best to red meat protein sources and it's the same when it comes to this product. Effective ( taste is hard at the beginning )
After using for a month now, I can see results and effectiveness of the product, just make sure to get used to the taste.

Didn’t get the free shaker . Delivery was fast
I like the chocolate taste even with water it tastes better but on first day of consumption I felt heavy and didn’t get sleep in night maybe because of caffeine and green tea contents in it . Better to take direct after workout or morning in breakfast. Don’t use night especially before sleeping . Well its my first day lets see the results after ine month. Hope it will really change by physique.
