Can I use this on wet relaxed hair

Yes this is a great brush. My daughter has curly hair which gets very tangled and this brush is great getting through the tats especially on wet hair.

Will this brush be ok for a 10 month old baby who has masses of hair?!

Not sure as I only discovered it when my son was 5 years old. I would have given a try and if you find it too much you can save it for when your child is a bit older.
