My doctor recommended getting one of these to prevent acid reflux but I was wondering, how is it with neck support when sleeping on your sides?

I have acid reflux and a side sleeper and this has been a life saver. I do use a soft, small pillow to support my head on top of the wedge. I was using 2 pillows prior to getting this wedge and it bent me too much. With the incline if the wedge my body is now supported

How do I get rid of petroleum smell?

Wash the cover. The smell does go away.

I received my pillow today & washed the cover. Afterwards noticed 4 holes at seams near zipper. Can seller replace cover?
