A friend recommended this product which has worked so well for me that now my family and a friend have also ordered it as it helps curly and straight hair - thin or thick. This is a great product. Holds my curls on the same wash day. Moisturizes my hair. If used in large quantity it leaves a cast on the hair. But small portion and thorough rinsing does the trick. I would say if you have curly hair and stay at a humid region go for it. Controls your frizz as well.
