We bought this soundbar to help improve the audio quality of the TV in our kitchen which is quite a large space at around 25sqm with a ceramic tiled floor. The result of the having a TV in room this harsh is that audio was grating and tiring due to the TV 's tinny sound coupled by reflections and echoes that the natural room acoustics add. The TV only has 2 HDMI ports and they're both in use so I can't speak to the HDMI ARC or CEC capabilities. We connected the soundbar using the supplied optical cable which is thin but fine. Fitting the soundbar to the wall is relatively easy. No rawlplugs or screws are supplied but that's fine as people have different requirements for wall mounting and I just used some parts I already had that were suitable. On the listening front, the sound quality is much better than the TV. Being able to add more bass to the sound combats the issues of the harshness of the room and allows us to run at lower volumes whilst being able to hear the TV clearly. We've downloaded the app and have had no issues connecting two phones to the soundbar so both my partner and I can change how it sounds when we need to. As a Bluetooth speaker, it operates nicely too and the sound is more than acceptable. It doesn't give you that full home theatre sound but then that's not what we bought this for. If you want that sort of soundbar, look at the higher spec. yamaha devices. Finally, the IR remote is an unremarkable but functional device, we've not had any issues with commands not being received when using it.

Heute habe ich die Soundbar erhalten und sofort per optischem Kabel installiert. Das ging leicht. Jetzt arbeitet die Soundbar beim Sonntags-Spiel der Bundesliga. Da zeigt sie, was sie kann. Ich kann mittels des Menüs auf der FB mehrere Modi einschalten. Z.B. mehr Stadion Atmosphäre oder eher den Komentar. Alle Einstellungen verändern präzise den Ton. Das ist sehr wohltuend und entspannend für meine Ohren. Deswegen sage ich schon am ersten Tag, das diese Soundbox überragend ist. Ich ziehe den Vergleich aus zwei Fehlkäufen in der Vergangenheit. Da habe ich auch schon 80 und 130 EURO gezahlt, aber grottenschlechte Qualität bekommen. Deswegen sind die 190 EURO für diese Yamaha Soundbox ein total günstiger Preis. Der Klang (Sound) ist dank des integrierten Subwoofers überragend. Man kann sogar den Bass separat steuern. Die Breite ist mit 60 cm optimal. Das Design ist schwarz , schmal und schick. Das Material wirkt hochwertig. Damit ist Yamaha ein großer Wurf gelungen.Das hat auch Computer Bild im Test festgestellt. Ich bin begeistert und kann diese Soundbar jedem empfehlen. Werner Nuẞbaum

Sonido de calidad, bastante rango de volumen

Inizierei col dire che con il prezzo ridicolo a cui di strova è veramente un gran affare. Se siete abituati al classico suono delle casse integrate della tv, questa soundbar vi rivoluzionerà l'esperienza visiva e sonora di film. Trovo molto utile l'utilizzo da remoto tramite app dedicata, molto funzionale e ben fatta. La sounbar presenza il Bluetooth e quindi può essere collegata a un qualsiasi device che lo supporti. Questa sounbar rende il suo utilizzo il più avvolgente possibile con la modalità "bass extreme" Che trovo veramente ben fatta e che i film li rende un altro mondo! Controllabile anche dal telecomando della propria tv che la rende veramente utilissima. Il fatto che sia anche una sounbar compatta la rende perfetta per ogni televisione, io personalmente l'ho impiantata sotto una tv 32" appesa a muro con un supporto girevole, e la sounbar appesa anch'essa al supporto tv tramite supporti dedicati apposta alle sounbar. In conclusione la consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia entrare nel mondo delle soundbar per provare ad avere una nuova esperienza quasi 3D del suono.
