Perfect guide for transitioning. If you will transfer to a new company or if you were promoted in a new position.

I am unfortunately very disappointed with that book and honestly it is not about what is written inside but about how ridiculous formatting of the book is. In the book I received, very often it is referring to tables, which do not exist, lack of bullet points where there should be etc...Because of this, it was really difficult for me to focus on the text itself.

Great book everyone should read, if you want to get an understanding on the structure of onboarding at a new org.

I was recommended this book during a job interview and it’s been insightful as I go into my first 90 days of a new job. I have had a handful of transitions mostly within my career field but this book has given me new ways of viewing and managing the first 90 days of a new or existing job transition.

Book quality is very good.
