Perfect guide for transitioning. If you will transfer to a new company or if you were promoted in a new position.

Terrible formatting
I am unfortunately very disappointed with that book and honestly it is not about what is written inside but about how ridiculous formatting of the book is. In the book I received, very often it is referring to tables, which do not exist, lack of bullet points where there should be etc... Because of this, it was really difficult for me to focus on the text itself.
