Good stuff
This coupled with natures Sinus Support gets rid of allergy and cold symptoms naturally. Honestly Sinus Support works fine on its own but is pricey. 2 caps every few hours with a little food ( or the capsaicin gives you heartburn)

I now get a good night's sleep
This works almost with immediate effect. My post nasal drip gets worse in winter, but I take just one at night when it's at its mildest and 2 as the winter wears on. It enables me to get a good night's sleep so I wouldn't be without it. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Works but may need to continue to use it on an ongoing basis.
I used the product for a long-standing sinuses problem. It does eleviate the mucus problem but didn’t cure the overall problem. Perhaps if I continued to use it, it would have but it’s quite an expensive item. I’ve resorted to using a steamer which seems to be slowly improving the problem and I will continue to use it on an ongoing basis.
