Got sick from the extreme taste and smell
I tried it for 3 days and threw it the full pack in the bin after feeling sick every day once taking it. The smell and taste came back up for hours
User
Bad smell and aftertaste
It's a good prenatal (includes choline) but you have to take 3 per day for the required dose, also it tastes and smells terrible
User
Bad taste
Taste makes me nauseous! These are just lying, wish I could return them

This regulated my cycle!
I started taking the Thorne Prenatal to help regulate my cycle. I stopped taking birth control about a year ago, and about 7 months later my cycles completely stopped and I went 3 months without a period. After starting this prenatal, my cycles immediately went back to normal. My skin is also the softest and smoothest it’s ever been, and I typically struggle with hormonal acne. The only downside is the flavor, but I take it with orange juice and it helps mask it. Will update if needed!

Don't bother ordering -- iherb will cancel in 4 days time
The product is fine but don't bother ordering from iherb. They will cancel your order and only inform you of this 4-5 days later. It's better to order from another vendor.

Gentle on my stomach with no noticable flavor
I’ve been taking these since I found out I was pregnant and have been through a few bottles. The iron has been very gentle on my stomach. Instead of taking the full 3-pill serving all at once, I take one capsule with each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and that’s worked really well for my stomach. These were great during my first trimester because I developed a strong aversion to the fake fruity flavor that gummy prenatals have. These capsules don’t really have a taste or aftertaste, and they never made me feel nauseous. They’re a pretty standard medium-sized capsule. In the photo I included a bobby pin for size reference. I’m not great at swallowing larger pills, but these have been manageable with plenty of water. I also like that they don’t start dissolving immediately, so if it takes a second to swallow them you don’t end up with a gross vitamin taste in your mouth.I also like that these are gluten free and use high-quality ingredients. These have kept me feeling great during my pregnancy!

Easy to take for wife in first trimester
This is a great prenatal, wife says no weird after taste that would be the hardest during the first trimester due to morning sickness. This was easy to take during that time and able to keep it down. Has all the best nutrients.

Capsules go bad very quickly
I wanted to love these prenatals because I trust the brand, but after 4 months I’m still disappointed. The capsules go bad very quickly. I couldn’t pre-portion them in a weekly container (even with a lid that snaps shut) because after the first two days the pills for the rest of the week have gone bad. I know it’s the pills and not the container because none of my other vitamins go bad.So I tried continuing to pre-portion the rest of my vitamins and set this pill container out with my weekly container but it takes up too much space and defeats the purpose of the weekly container. Two of the four bottles I’ve gone through I had to throw out before the end of the month because the remaining capsules started to go bad. They would get black specks in them. Some times a capsule didn’t look bad but when I took it I would feel nauseous and get acid reflux. Any took within the first week of opening the bottle were fine. But after that first week I just couldn’t trust they haven’t gone bad.I tried four separate batches and had the same result with each batch.I hope they can find a way to make the vitamins more shelf stable without sacrificing the quality! I would love to come back to these if they figure that out.
