BRILLIANT Knives
I have had a Kyocera knife for nearly ten years, which sadly broke... and that is why I ordered this wonderful value for money set. They are absolutely amazing knives. You will not find anything sharper, that stays sharp almost forever. Just be careful not to drop them, although they will withstand quite a bit of rough treatment... they can sometimes snap. However, even when the tip snaps off (as mine did about 4 years ago!) the knife remains absolutely brilliant. So much sharper, easier and more comfortable than almost any other well known brand you can think of.
