I grew up on this stuff in Europe - a staple in many households there - Crispy, crunchy and low in calories too - a great base for your favorite toppings… my go to is cottage cheese & avocado! It is not choc full of nasty fillers, binders and unnecessary ingredients -Wholegrain RYE Flour, RYE Flour, Salt - Made with 92g of wholegrain RYE Flour per 100g of product.If you are expecting the taste of “normal” American Rye ? This is NOT it - American Rye has the distinct flavor because of Caraway seeds.My latest order arrived smashed to smithereens because it was dumped in a poly bag, and was probably had heavy items on top - not the products fault or sellers… it was Fufilled By Amazon
