Much better than using the plastic bottle that shoots it up your sinuses. This traditional Neti Pot feels much more hygienic than using anything plastic with warm water. The process gives a more natural flow and no air bubble shoot up the sinuses as you near the end. My sinuses are more clear and headaches occur less since using. Arrived very well packaged and am very pleased with it. Worth the price, a little less than small town health food stores have in stock. Recognisable company that's been around since the 70's. Also comes with bonus exercise options information, post neti-pot.
