Excellent product & Seller. I had a problem with my initial product which the seller “Thirsty Business “ rectified straight away. Many thanks for your great service. I have been using the product for a few months now. I use about 10/15/20 drops per glass/ cup depending on what I feel I need. Being on a Ketogenic diet I need a lot more sodium & electrolytes than the average person on a normal carbohydrates based diet. On a Ketogenic diet you lose a lot of Sodium & potassium & other minerals which you need to replace to avoid the symptoms of Keto flu. As I also suffer from adrenal fatigue I would urge anyone who also suffers from this to investigate the sodium adrenals recommendations. It has really helped my symptoms..... wished I had known about this 20 years ago!! Better late than never! Love that is DOES NOT have added sugar, glucose or sweetners!

It just seems to make it easier to drink decent amounts of water, lm not sure why, but thats why l like it. I think that goin back to our science days in school, experiments. You know how water almost looks like it has a skin?? Like what holds a droplet of water.. together. When you add soap and that skin breaks down, so it can be used better. I have a feeling thats what these drops do. The water just seems easier to drink, than drinking water alone? Might sound silly, but thats my thoughts on how these help to hydrate us.

This is some great liquid. It's not the things in the bottle you need to super hydrate at critical times.

I had been suffering from daily cramps early in the morning after beginning a low-carb/ketogenic diet. Supplementing B vitamins through nutritional yeast did not help, so I looked into trace minerals. I've been adding 1/2 teaspoon to one litre of water, which I drink throughout the day. Amazing! No more cramps waking me up and making me have to walk around for minutes. You don't need much. I can't taste it, I usually add apple cider vinegar and lime to mine.
