Can you use this in the microwave?

No this cup can NOT be used in the microwave; it is metal.

Can these be used directly over a camping stove flame?

I’ve used mine on my backpacking cook stove for years.

At first I wasn't sure. There isn't anything marked on the cup. (I went to find it and checked.) But if you look in the product details lower than next to the picture it will tell you: imported (China.) So now we both know. Be aware too, it says twelve ounces and that seems pretty good but even though it IS twelve ounces, it still seems like a pretty little cup to me.
