Have been using this for sometime.You need to increase your heart rate by doing some exercise for it to be activated.Word of caution it will stain your clothes, so I use it with a thermal vestI do sweat a lot while using it

I use this very infrequently however it does encourage sweat in my abdomen area. I use this under my waist trainer when working out. This is my second time ordering.
