These vitamins are awesome. They are the perfect blend of all the right viiramins without bring too strong. Many vitamins have too much Niacin and that makes me flushed. Also, many vitamins have very high levels of B6 and B12 and that makes nervous. These have lower levels of the B vitamins but still it's plenty to give me the extra energy I need, but without being nervous or flushed. They taste good and are easy to chew. I usually only need 1 per day, even though it says take 2. If I start feeling sluggish in the afternoon, I can take the 2nd one and get an extra energy boost. I'm sensitive to vitamins if they are too strong, but these are PERFECT!!! I highly recommend these Alive vitamins because they do make you feel ALIVE! I really can tell that I feel better when I take these; my mood and energy levels are higher. I also noticed that my skin, hair, and nails are more healthy, especially with my hair and nails growing thicker and faster. They work! I highly recommend these for people of all ages, especially people who can't swallow those vitamins that are like Horse pills! These are the only kind my wife can take because regular multivitamins are so big she can't swallow them without choking. These are easy to chew and soft and sweet. Great product!!!!!
