This product has worked great to get rid of nasal congestion from my twin toddlers, when using with the nasaline syringe as well. If I start using this on the kids within the first 24 hours of nasal congestion onset, the symptoms usually resolve within 3-4 days of using it at least 2-3 times a day. It's great for kids who can't blow their nose yet properly or for people with lots of nasal congestion, who can't find relief with just nose-blowing. I've tried it myself several times as well!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have been using this Nasaline salt packets a number of years. The product is great for a sinus rinse and it is easy to use.

As much as someone could possibly love saline nasal rinse. I do love these. I use my neti pot regularly but even more so when I get sick which is the situation I found myself in when I ordered this product. I was in the beginning stages of a nasty cold and only had a few days worth of saline packets left so online I went so as not to expose myself to unsuspecting fellow shoppers. This one was cheaper than the neti pot brand that I had bought at the brick and mortar store and wound up working wonderfully. I mean I'm generally pretty selective of what I put up my nose but this turned out to work great.

Much easier and more effective to use than a neti pot. A must-have for pollen season. A few tips: Use warm distilled water rather than tap or spring water. Create a slight and gentle blow as you "inject" the solution. This will prevent the solution from dripping down your throat. It takes a little practice, but you'll get it; you gotta-git-it. Especially you lawn crews out there. And singers; you'll love it. My one and only gripe that prevents me from issuing a five (5) is that the plunger gets tough to push after a few months of use. Either the rubber swells or the cylinder shrinks? Regardless, it reduces the life of the product, and that's never a good thing.

I bought these to use with the ComfyPot, which is an old-fashioned nasal irrigation device known as a neti pot. The saline salt is mixed with water to create a solution that is a similar pH to the nasal membranes. This is so that the water does not irritate or burn the nasal membranes during the nasal irrigation. If you have ever inhaled regular water through the nose, you know how very painful it is! These salts create a perfectly painless solution which indicates the solution is the correct pH for the nasal membranes. I have found that I can use a single packet to create a solution to be used in both nostrils, but I was initially trying to reduce the amount of salt being absorbed by the body due to blood pressure issues. I now use one saline packet per nostril and have not had any negative health issues resulting from this. If you are considering using a nasal irrigation system, make sure to buy some saline salts as well! It takes the guess work out of making your own at home, and makes the process less stressful.

I had very bad rhinitis and was dis paring at the stream of gue I was blowing out of my nose constantly,I Googled for any way I could find relief and found this product I use their syringe system to flush though the nasalise salt into each nostral and was amazed at the muck that came out anyway it worked for me and helped in my recovery, I have had to have surgery to totally cure my blocked sinuses however the hospital gave me a very similar flush syringes to use at home so I can recommend Nasaline I am sure it would help for many people always consult a doctor if in doubt
