UPDATE!! (3/15/22)
These nasal filters are great! As someone who suffers from allergies, I keep these in my purse ready for cleaning, yard work, or any project that puts me into contact with an allergen.. They are easy to put on, discreet and convenient to carry around! They also stay in place perfectly until I remove them. I suggest ordering large only though because I accidentally ordered size small one time and they seemed to restrict my airflow.. but I've never had that problem with the larger size. I think the smaller ones are just for kids. They claim that these help 'alleviate respiratory suffering by comfortably filtering inhaled air and removing airborne germs, allergens and/or noxious particles'- knowing that makes me feel better to use these when viruses are going around and during flu season.. A wonderful article I read (g16, No.6) gave some great precautions to take to prevent spread of diseases. It mentioned these suggestions below... 'Do not share personal items, such as razors, toothbrushes, or towels..... And do not underestimate the benefits of washing your hands thoroughly and frequently. It is perhaps the most effective way you can stop the spread of infection. If possible, stay home when you are sick... cough or sneeze into a tissue or your sleeve, but not into your hands. An ancient proverb states: โThe shrewd one sees the danger and conceals himself.โ (Proverbs 22:3) How true are those words today in a world plagued with potentially dangerous diseases! So inform yourself by consulting local health services, and conceal yourself from danger by practicing good hygiene. Bolster your defenses, and reduce the risk of disease!' Such great suggestions!!! UPDATE:(6/10/21) I still like using these nasal filters although I do wish they were a little cheaper๐ Also, I've noticed with the last ones I've received that it itches alot around where the nasal strips stick to my nostrils.. I'm not sure if it's the glue causing the itching or what. But maybe my skin is just real sensitive to the glue being used.. ๐ they might not affect your skin though so worth trying it out๐๐ UPDATE (3/15/22) I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUYING A LARGER SIZE THAN YOUR NOSTRILS BECAUSE WHEN I ORDERED THE SMALLER SIZE NASAL SCREENS THEY DO RESTRICT SOME OF MY AIR FLOW.. BUT ANYTIME I USE THE SIZE 'LARGE' I SEEM TO HAVE GREAT AIRFLOW. Hope this helps you๐๐

Great product, Too expensive though
Bad part: They're too expensive, go through them too fast because there are only seven in a pack, and it's ten dollars a pack. If you're using them on any regular basis, it's going to add up fast. For how small and simple they seem, you should get many more for the price. I use two pairs on the days when I clean. So they only last about three days. That's not long enough in my opinion. I still gave five stars though because the product does work wonderfully for me. I have problems with dust. Any time I go to clean the house, I can't stop sneezing and the nose runs constantly. Makes cleaning miserable. I have to wear these when I'm dusting and cleaning the house. They really work for me. I bought them because of how well they work, but I'm not happy with the price. I would like to have a lot more stored up, but they're just not affordable for regular basis wear. They do look strange, but since I only use them around the house, it's okay. First Defense, you need to put at least triple amount in the package, or lower the prices, and sell them in the stores. At least thank you for making something that works though, and that I don't have to insert into my nose! I read a lot of reviews about how difficult they are to put on. I had no issues putting them on. Just stand in front of a mirror and it's easy.

First Offense
I was highly skeptical about this product but I thought I'd give it a chance. My allergies are so bad that I'll try just about anything. I should have trusted my instincts. First Defense is supposed to help alleviate the itchy nose one gets from pollen. Ironically, these bandaid-like patches actually make your nose itch. In other words, the cure is as bad as the illness. I attached these goofy little suckers to my nostrils and hoped for the best. For the first hour the only effect I noticed was a bit more difficulty in inhaling through my nose. Into the second hour my nose started to itch, not from allergens but the nasal screens themselves. Imagine having a sticky piece of plastic attached to your nose. After awhile the plastic expands or contracts and your nose flesh is pulled this way and that. It's not dramatic, but enough to be really irritating. It started to drive me nuts so I removed the nasal screens and felt immediate relief. So if you want a distraction from your allergies, buy these. They'll take your mind off the pollen and focus it on the itchy plastic stuff on your nose.
