These are my favorite headphones. It is very comfortable, has good battery, sounds very nice and is good for long gaming sessions as it has a soft headband and for the price is definitely worth it

Causing pressure on the ears 👎🏼

A little heavy and uncomfortable over the ears for long periods of time. I wish they were noise cancelling.

Love the headphone! Good battery life, fits ears well, sound quality is awesome, really had an impact on gaming! I think I might just use this headphones for a really long time!

Came in great condition. Works as it should. Very nice replacement for my older pair that broke.

J'ai renvoyé ce casque à Jeff Bezos, son pourrave pour le prix et micro qui capte le son du casque dès qu'on augmente un peu le volume.

[update: 10/26/20 - after reading the manual 🙈] There's a switch on the transmitter that lets you toggle between PC/Mac and PS4. After I switched to PS4 the volume level is fine. So, yes. This headset also rocks on PS4. That's why I now give 5 of 5 stars. [update: 10/26/20] My first review was quite bad because of the connection problems I experienced back then. I got a replacement from Amazon without any problems and now I'm really happy with the headset. The overall quality is great. Everything feels high quality, it fits the head perfectly due to this adjustable band and the sound is great also. I don't experience the bad quality of the microphone as described in some of the review here. Everyone I talked to/played with so far told my that my voice quality was outstanding and crystal clear. One flaw I currently see with this headset that the volume level when used with the PS4 is quite low. I maxed out the headset and the audio level in the PS4's system settings and it's "ok" but I'd like to crank it up a little more. The second flaw is probably the sound quality. By itself it's not bad it's just that with the factory settings it's quite unbalanced but you can adjust this with the software. After I reconfigured the sound settings it's good. That's why I now give 4 of 5 stars. My Old [outdated] review: The Arctis 9 seems to be an awesome headset. The overall quality is great. Everything feels high quality, it fits the head perfectly due to this adjustable band and the sound is great also. Sadly I was only able to enjoy this headset for approximately 1 hour until the connection problems started. Since it uses 2.4 GHz frequencies to communicate with the transmitter there seem to be heavy problems with interference from nearby WiFi routers. I shut my router down to see if the pairing works successfully but it did not help. I tried the factory reset several times and it also did not help. I updated the headset to the latest firmware which also didn't help. Now I have a headset that connects and disconnects every few seconds which renders it useless. There are more and more problem reports coming in on Reddit but no official answers so far. Until those problems are fixed I strongly suggest you wait with your purchase. This headset probably could achieve full 5 stars but for now it's only 1.
