I was thinking about using this game at a children's party. How do you play? Is it simple to learn? Good or bad idea to use at a party?

I use it for aba therapy for children with autism. Its like matching game in the sense that the kids move according to the dice...simple i my opinion...as a party game? Sure...i think its a better learning tool

Can you get replacement blow up dice? While I was at a doctors appointment my mom was playing with my daughters and my dog destroyed one :(

some reviews talk about a very strong chemical smell .the reviews are from a year ago.if the game has been revised with no smell i would purchase?

I purchased mine over a year ago and was worried about the smell after reading reviews also. My husband and I didn't notice a strong smell when it arrived. It smells like plastic when you put your nose directly to the mat, but ours was definitely not as bad as others stated. We couldn't smell it while playing (indoors) and it did not bother us at all. My son loves this game, we still play it often!

My grandson loves the game and he is 5. I didn't check the game out that well. I just knew he LOVES crocodiles so I got it for him. I don't know how long he will be stimulated by it, as he has known his shapes for a couple of years, but hey! I loved Candy Land, the game, until I was probably 10. Long past learning my colors.
