Belkin 6 Way 2 Meter Surge Protection Strip with 2 x 2.4 Ampere USB Charging

Nice

stylish look and ergonomic feel, it has LED indicating if the wall outlet is not grounded, so you get the idea whether it is safe or not. it also has 2 USB A, so you dont need to buy charger for your phone. so you get a charger and a extension cord and surge protect in one.

I didn’t realize from the picture that it’s pretty big in size, but works perfectly fine and yiu can see it’s made with quality material

Prons- good quality, 6 sockets, enough space to plug, usb chargerCons- no option to hook in wall, no individual switch’s,

Good

I got this after reading lots of positive reviews. As soon as I got it. The switch don’t work. And some times it worked. Requested for return. Never came back. And I went to holiday after a month. And again. Called them for return. Never came for return.

The build quality and materials are perfect.

This is second time i buy same brandYou want save the power and not have any issue ?Go for this with out thinking

OverallA good surge protector, has lasted me well for the past 2-3 years, one of their prior models saved my devices before. In terms of travel I wouldn't know how well the 6 Plug is as I use it at home. Its a bit physically thick, but not enough to cause an issue in its use.PositivesThe way the 6 plug is built, means it saves a lot of space as its not a ridiculously long extension.x2 USB is handy for deadicated USB devices. The extension switch to turn it on/off is large and stable.2 Light indicators for if the extension is "Protected" and a "Not Grounded" light.Warrenty to back is very generous with a total time of "(5) years warranty period" and "up to £10,000".NegativesIt is a bit large at the USB end where it curves off at the end, nearly didn't fit in my use case.Need to be placed centrally somewhere as of how some plugs wires come out at the bottom, so it cant be placed near a wall unless ur plugs go vertical.Cant use a plug that has the wire come out the top of the plug, as this would block off the opposite socket.

Modern design, and the inclusion of two USB sockets is excellent (I have a clock that needs to be permanently connected to a USB socket). As with many multi-socket extension leads, though, the plugs need to be standard sized only - there is no room for two bulky plugs to sit opposite each other.

I’ve owned the 4-way, 6-way and 8-way versions of this Belkin surge protector (with and without USB ports), and all have been great. They look more premium than most, and if you’re safety-conscious like me, they bring real peace of mind – especially with the different connected device warranty levels depending on which version you choose. The power cables are on the shorter side for what these are designed for. The wider 6 and 8-way models, which have two parallel rows of sockets, are also a bit harder to fit neatly into cable management boxes or desk clamp holders. It’s possible, just fiddly. I eventually found a more niche, net-based setup that works well with my standing desk. There’s also no wall-mount option or mounting holes, which is a shame as it would make placement more flexible and tidy.If you’re upgrading from basic extensions without surge protection or individual power switches, this feels like a real step up in quality and safety – something all extensions should include but often don’t.On the USB 6 and 8-way models, spacing is tight between the two socket rows, so larger power plugs (like external hard drives) can overlap and block adjacent ports. You sometimes need to sacrifice one socket for the sake of the one opposite it.Of the six-plus Belkin surge protectors I’ve owned over the past two years, only one stopped working after about a year. None of my connected devices were affected, and all the plugs and cables still function perfectly. It wasn’t a great sign, but given every other unit has worked flawlessly, I see it as a one-off fault and it hasn’t put me off – I’ve already bought two more in recent days.I am due to send back the affected unit for manufacturer warranty repair or replacement, I will update here to provide a picture of how easy this is / if it is resolved.

Good

Top quality, I sometimes wonder if lower star reviews are the competition trying to level the playing field, I'm really pleased with my purchase.
