USB C Power Delivery Adapter

New update: I chatted through customer service and tried to resolved issue. I send them proof of video what is wrong with this product. They decide to provide me other charger, I tested it and so far no issue. I thanked to this company for made me happy this product again. Thank you. I changed back to 5-stars. Again, this is great for traveling uses. Old updated 2 (2-stars): This product used to be my favorite, but now I'm frustrated by it. My apple watch stopped charging, then recharged again. It sometimes stays uncharged. If you use all four USB ports to charge heavy devices like iPad Pro, battery bank, laptop, etc., then one or two of the ports will be permanently disabled until you unplug a powerfully connected device. It is good for cheap batteries, for example, you can use a small phone, a watch, something that is small, but if you use a macbook, you must use only one USB c port and leave the other three unused. All of my devices - I have a macbook, a battery bank, an iPad Pro, and an iPhone - won't charge simultaneously. I sometimes use my GoPro instead of my macbook. It is painful to charge a battery bank and a GoPro until the batteries are full before switching to the iPhone and iPad Pro. Old Updated: I have had it since July 2021, and so far it has worked well. I thought USB C would be able to charge my laptop faster, but I learned what this product said when I plugged in more than one USB, the watts were shared. If you plug in one USB C, it will put out 100W, but when you plug in two USB C, it will put out 65 and 30 watts, which isn't bothering me because 65 and 30 are still extremely powerful. My iPad and MacBook Air batteries are charging, and will become fully charged in approximately 2 hours. Plugging in all four USBs, including Macbook Air, iPad Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, and my Apple Watch. The batteries of all my devices are now fully charged in approximately 3-4 hours, so I will continue to use them overnight. This product is still incredibly powerful and I love it. It is still alive, not dead, as long as I keep it in a cool place, do not overheat it, and avoid dropping it. I have a tip about 100W, I suggest you buy the 100W cable support, since I use the original Apple cable, and it will not charge fast enough until I purchase the 100W cable support. I have been impressed with using this charger. I use it to charge my families iPhones and various iPads models, including the newer Pro models, and they charge as fast as the devices can support. I also use this to charge my M1 Mac Pro and my Nintendo Switch, and it works like a charm. After a while, I noticed that one of the USB C ports began to act up. It would cycle between charging and not charging. My devices would constantly chime when it would begin and stop charging. I reached out to customer support and they responded in a very timely manner. They gave me a few tips and advice to check first. After none of those options worked, they immediately started the process to replace the unit for me. I’m so impressed with their level of support! If I had to pick one gripe with this product is that the blue LED is pretty bright. When the charger is in the same room as you sleep, the blue glow can be distracting. Flipping it over, or taping off the light does the trick. I’d recommend this product to my friends. It fits all my needs at a very reasonable price.

This charger is both compact and powerful. It features two USB-C and two USB-A ports. As with any GAN charger, it adjusts power delivery when you connect an additional device. For example, when using one of the ports for a desk lamp, it will temporarily turn off to reconfigure and then turn back on. While this is not significant, it’s worth mentioning. The USB-C ports provide faster charging rates, reflecting the inherent limitations of the older USB-A format.

Needed a high wattage charger that could quick charge multiple things at the same time. I also wanted it to have a extension cord (ie it didn't plug directly in the wall) because other bricks I own cant fit into recessed sockets. This thing is awesome. It can quick charge an iPhone & an iPad at the same time. Though it is bulky but worth it. Charges everything and I don't need anything else. 100w for all plugs is great and hard to find - usually there are priority or only to the c port. Thanks for making a quality product :)

This charger arrived and seemed well made. It lit up and worked when plugged in -- for a little while. I did not have need to use it much, and only a month after installing it, it just went dead. No power, no lights, no work. I have tried to communicate to the manufacturer for replacement or refund but Amazon does not seem to be allowing any channel for communication regarding the problem. I note that there are several other reviews noting that the product just stops working after a few days, or like me, just after the return window expires. Update 8-5-21: While I could not find a way to contact the seller, it did contact me upon seeing the review and apologized for the apparent defective unit. The first replacement sent was lost in transit from China, but the seller followed up and a new unit just arrived. At present, it works very well and I am delighted to have it. I think it provides the most versatile and powerful multi-device charging options. Once the seller knew of the problem, it stood behind its product and I thank it for its efforts to get me a working unit. Update 8-18-21: After only 13 days, the new replacement unit also just went dead. No light and no power to devices. Discovered only because my computer completely drained its battery while plugged in. There just wasn't any charge being delivered to it.
