تحطي كميه قليله نصها مثلا على ادهم اكسجين وتخلطيهم وتضيفي ضعف الكمية شامبو وشوية بلسم وتغسلي بيهم شعرك تسيبيه ٥ او ١٠ دقايق لحد ما تلاقي شعرك اغمق ممكن اغسليه لما يوصل بني او الدرجة الي حباها
