Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser

I've been bouncing between Garnier and Neutrogena over the years, but CeraVe is by far the best one I've used! It's been 10 days since I started using this and I'm already noticing the improvement with my skin. The scent is neutral. It's very gentle and doesn't leave my face feeling like I used a bar of soap. It also helps manage my oily skin! My big tip is to go to CeraVe's official website, take their skin quiz, and based on your answers, you'll get a recommended skincare routine with their line of products. I bought this product a week ago. I think it's a good one for acne prone skin. I have terrible painful acne all over my face so I guess it's going to take a while to clean it up. I could see results within a few days. The product looks legit and authentic and it came unopened which is a big good point. However, I will update the review after a month or two of use.

It really works but you have to apply a moisturizer.

I've been a CeraVe user even before it came to the UAE. And every batch of this item makes me wonder which is original and which is not. I recently received two batches that were heavily scented compared to the very first I had. The latest one even had a toothpaste-like of texture when squeezed out of its container.

It is very good product for oily acne skin. I would suggest you start using it once a day for 2 weeks ek then twice a day for next 2 weeks as it drys your skin.

When I bought this the first time I liked it, the consistency was good and it did foam with enough product (but think small foam, it’s not going to foam like other soaps). But when I bought a second one, I was highly disappointed. Another reviewer mentioned that the product was slimy and that’s exactly how I would describe it. The consistency was completely different than the first bottle I purchased. I could hardly squeeze it out and it was so hard to use because it didn’t mix well on my hands or face, and it felt so gross and didn’t leave my face feeling clean at all. In fact I was so grossed out by the consistency that I just tossed the whole thing, I couldn’t carry on trying to use it. I don’t know if they changed their formula recently or if there was a bad batch that went out but I’m very hesitant to buy it ever again due to the awful experience I had with that second bottle.

My holy grail cleanser. Super thumbs up for this acne cleanser as it really helped clear my face & dried up my acne. I am really happy I took the chance to try this one. This is a must have for people dealing with sensitive & acne prone skin.. it is very light to use, not irritating & comes in big size. Worth the money & definitely worth trying!

Effective, and for someone who has an oily skin, it is non drying (since it’s a cream cleanser) and helped combat breakouts/purging. If expiration date is not available on the tube/container, check the Batch Code. Arrived earlier than expected, thanks to ICANLO (Seller) and Amazon.ae Wonderful product, good seller, fast delivery. I’ve purchased CeraVe’s Acne Fighting Cream Cleanser with Benzoyl Perixide several times for myself & my teenage Son. I have acne prone skin I have under control but at times blackheads begin to appear on my nose. One night of applying this cleanser the next morning they’re barely visible! My Son has battled acne more widespread. This has been a heaven sent for him. He cleanses his face morning & night with this & it has made a HUGE difference with his acne.There’s not much battling anymore period. What was widespread is now minimal. The benzoyl peroxide truly kills any acne forming or acne that has formed on his face. His face is clearer now with little new acne forming. I knew this was a strong cleanser so we slowly introduced it to his skin. He has fairly sensitive skin so we began with once a day. Moisturizing right after is a DEFINITE! This tightens up your face which is then in need of a good moisturizer. CeraVe has 2 great moisturizers to combine with this cleanser. There is little scent to it. It comes out more watery vs. other cleansers. I/we let it sit for about 1 minute to let it truly to its job. Since this is a harsher facial ingredient I never mix it with a retinol. The 2 will create extreme dryness with irritation. I learned the hard way. A gentle moisturizer is best to use only after using this. I will use it at night only because I have a skin regime in the morning which wouldn’t allow me to use this. What I love about CeraVe’s product line is they come with the 3 essential ceramides, hyaluronic acid & niacinamide~2 wonderful ingredients for our skin. If you’re battling acne this cleanser is definitely worth purchasing. Be aware this will leave markings on colored wash cloths & towels~ due to the benzoyl peroxide. For all this offers the price is really amazing because this 5 ounce tube/bottle does have longevity to it because you don’t need much to cover your face. This doesn’t foam up. With a little water it’s more like a layer you apply to your skin. I see it more as a treatment for a female. This will not remove makeup ladies. I use CeraVe’s Hydrating Micellar Water to cleanse my face before using this. For my Son he can get away with just using this to cleanse his face. We both have gentle silicone scrubbers to help work it into our skin. I hope my personal experience helps you decide if this is for you. A trusting name with a specific purpose. It’s worth the buy!
